The organization will recruit manpower for the post of Bank Representative (Trainee Assistant Officer) in Agent Banking Department. Graduate candidates in business can apply for this post. Main Responsibilities
These representatives appointed by Eastern Bank will be engaged in agent banking outlets on behalf of the bank. They will be responsible for inspecting and supervising outlets, generating new business and strengthening customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, maintaining data in MIS and records, and providing guidance to outlet employees.
Monthly Salary: Overall gross salary is Rs.31,000.
Job Permanence: After 18 months of joining there is an opportunity to assimilate as a full time permanent employee of the bank based on performance and discipline.
